Bdbegas Terms & Conditions — Your Rights & Responsibilities

By using the bdbegas website, app, or any of its services, you confirm that you have fully read, understood, and agreed to these Terms & Conditions. bdbegas reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice. Continued use of the platform following any changes will be deemed acceptance of the updated terms.

Bdbegas is only available to individuals for whom online gaming is not prohibited under the laws of their country. Residents of countries where the use of bdbegas is legally restricted may not use this platform. It is solely the user's responsibility to ensure compliance with applicable local laws.

You must be at least 18 years old to register at bdbegas. All information provided during registration must be accurate and complete. bdbegas reserves the right to close any account opened with false information, at any time.

• Each individual may open only one account — a second account from the same device, IP address, or payment method is not permitted.
• A national ID card or passport may be required for KYC (Know Your Customer) verification.
• Keeping your account password confidential is entirely your responsibility — bdbegas will not be held liable for any losses resulting from sharing it with others.
• Registration via proxy or VPN is strictly prohibited.

Bdbegas may request KYC documents at any time. Failure to provide them, or submission of fraudulent documents, will result in immediate account closure and funds being withheld.

Deposits at bdbegas can be made via bKash, Nagad, Rocket, or bank transfer. The minimum deposit amount is BDT 100. All deposits must come from the user's own account — third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

No processing fee is charged on deposits. However, your payment provider may apply their own charges — bdbegas is not responsible for those. We reserve the right to hold and verify any deposit that appears suspicious before processing it.

KYC verification must be completed before making a withdrawal. NID or passport verification is required for withdrawals above BDT 5,000. Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit.

• Minimum withdrawal amount: BDT 500.
• Bonus funds must meet the specified wagering requirements before they can be withdrawn.
• Cash balance withdrawals may be restricted if there is an active bonus on your account.
• The maximum withdrawal in a single week is BDT 5,00,000 (limits differ for VIP members).

All bonus offers at bdbegas are subject to specific wagering requirements. Please read the terms of each offer carefully before claiming a bonus. Typically, the bonus amount must be wagered 30–40 times before any withdrawal can be made.

• The same bonus cannot be claimed more than once.
• You cannot claim another bonus while one is already active.
• Winnings from free spins are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to cash.
• If bonus abuse is proven, both the bonus and any associated winnings will be forfeited.
• Bdbegas reserves the right to modify or cancel any bonus offer at any time.

Separate rules apply to Sports Betting, casino games, and lottery on bdbegas. All bets are final once confirmed and cannot be changed. If incorrect odds are displayed due to a technical error, bdbegas reserves the right to recalculate the bet at the correct odds.

If a sports match or event is cancelled, the bet will be voided and funds returned. In live betting, bets delayed by network issues will be accepted at the odds available at the time of placement — not at subsequent odds. Maximum single bet amounts are determined by account level.

Bdbegas will immediately suspend any account found to be involved in the following activities, and deposited funds may be forfeited:

• Placing opposing bets across multiple platforms for the purpose of arbitrage betting or guaranteed profit.
• Using bots, scripts, or any automated software to play.
• Running multiple accounts to abuse promotions and bonuses.
• Using the platform for money laundering purposes.
• Harassing or threatening other players or bdbegas staff.
• Exploiting system vulnerabilities or bugs for unfair advantage.

Bdbegas may temporarily or permanently close an account for any of the following reasons: breach of terms, suspected fraud, failure to complete KYC verification, prolonged inactivity (24 months), or at the user's own request.

If an account is closed without any breach of terms, the verified balance will be refunded to the user. Accounts closed through self-exclusion cannot be reopened before the specified period has ended.

Bdbegas provides its services on an "as is" basis. bdbegas's liability for losses arising from technical issues, server downtime, or third-party failures is limited.

• No compensation will be provided for bets or games lost due to internet disconnection.
• Bdbegas is not liable for failures caused by third-party payment gateways.
• Bdbegas is not liable for any account being hacked, unless a security fault on our end is proven.

If you have a dispute regarding any bet, transaction, or decision, contact our support team via live chat or email within 30 days of the incident. bdbegas will provide an initial response within 7 business days.

If you are not satisfied with the support team's decision, you may escalate the matter to a higher authority for review. bdbegas's final decision is binding. This internal process must be completed before pursuing any legal action.
